Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID) is mandatory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards, the following are non-returnable:

• Opened or unsealed skincare and cosmetics.
• Used beauty tools or personal care items.
• Damaged items caused by customer misuse.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, share clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.

4. Refund & Exchange

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are only for defective or incorrect products.
